The story is about Go Eun Chan, a young girl in her twenties, who is struggling financially, along with the rest of her family. She has a loving mother who's ready to spend money before you can say money! Along with her constant-shoe-buying mother is her loveable sister Eun Sae whose dreams of becoming a famous singer don't look so promising. Eun Chanhas given up school to become the head of the family after her father's death. She handles multiple jobs, but has a happy outlook on life. Her personality makes the people around her happy. She has a boyish appeal, as many girls call her Oppa and even give her chocolates on Valentine's Day.

One day she meets Choi Han Kyul, a twenty-nine year old whose up to no good, spending his grandmother's money, with dreams to play with lego toys as a job in New York. At first he uses her to ward off his match-making dates forced by his grandmother, acting as a gay couple with Eun Chan. Later on, the pair join together to try to make a broken down coffee shop triple its profits. Han Kyul believes Eun Chan is a guy. Along with Min Yeop, Ha Rim, Sun Ki, and Mr. Hong, the Coffee Princes provide a lively atmosphere to the drama. Other characters are Choi Han Sung (Han Kyul's cousin), and Han Yoo Joo (the woman HAn Kyul unrequittedly loved for 9 years) who provide flavour to Coffee Prince. Will Han Kyul figure out Eun Chan's identity?

Filled with love and affection, Coffee Prince is an amazing drama.
